    Swift Services in interviewing on behalf of our client, ENSOLAR USA. We will teach you how to qualify homeowners and sell solar; it's actually quite easy. Anyone making a living knocking doors knows it's not for everyone. But for those who have the skill set and determination to talk to complete strangers and make a friend, YOU WILL GET PAID.

    Our average commission for each self generated solar sale is between $2500 to $3000. If you sell 1 solar account a week, you will earn over $130,000 a year. Sell 2 a week and you will earn over $260,000 a year. THIS IS LIFE CHANGING MONEY!

    THIS IS A COMMISSION-BASED JOB.

    Stop wasting your time with small ticket sales. It's time to jump start your new career as a door to door solar salesperson. Our sales platform and support system are unbeatable. We have a comprehensive training program. There is no reason you couldn't complete training and START SELLING THE SAME WEEK.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    • Present oneself in professional dress and appearance.
    • Know how to open conversation by building rapport with customers.
    • Be prepared for the presentation by making sure you have all necessary documents, software, tools, and anything else needed.
    • Be able to use software and financing portals to close the sale.
    • Be able to explain Energy Efficacy and offer it in the proposal.
    • Creatively develop self-generated leads.
    • Attend required weekly and monthly sales meetings.
    • Proficiently network within your community.
    • Perform to meet or exceed company close ratio and sales standards.
    • Ask for Referrals from the customer.

    JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Proficient computer skills, including a working knowledge of the MS Office suite
    • Proven door to door skills and personal networking skills
    • Current car insurance, valid driver's license, and clean driving record
