The Site Manager is a part time, hybrid remote position that works in tandem with both frontline and upper management teams. Assists management with daily operations, training, administrative duties and reinforces policies with families and staff that align with company goals and mission. Works in a leadership and supporting role for swim instructors, deck attendants, and coaches. Prioritizes safety, exceptional customer service and has an enthusiastic approach to aquatics.
Primary Objectives of the Site Manager
Prioritize the health and safety of LSA students, instructors, parents/guardians at all times
Maintain high standards of self and team to offer quality services that meet the needs of LSA families.
Provide excellent customer experiences in every interaction with LSA families. All interactions based on genuine connection and willingness to go above and beyond for clients.
Lead by example and offer frontline support to sustain an invigorated workforce. Recognize staff needs and steps in as needed to offer in moment support and follow up training notes to foster growth and confidence.

Site Manager Job Requirements
Great communication skills, efficient in email and scheduling software

Primary Responsibilities of a Site Manager
To perform the Site Manager job successfully, an employee must perform each essential responsibility satisfactorily. These requirements are representative, but not all-inclusive, of the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job to expectations.
Assist with the overall operational, scheduling and staffing activities.
Administrative assistance work hours as described below.
On-site pool hours may include arriving to open and set up the pool area, make sure the schedule is annotated and up to date with make ups or scheduled absences, ensure staff arrives and lessons begin promptly on time. Fulfill all on-deck duties as called for to fulfill the needs of the LSA clients that have their lessons scheduled.
You would be involved with coaching or teaching lessons as needed and assisting with deck attending duties, staff management and overall safety and quality control.
You would ensure proper cleanup and return all items to storage for the night. Staff wetsuits/hats/equipment should be stored for rinsing and drying as needed
Assistance in scheduling, billing, marketing and staff training development projects
Helping to recognize if we are sufficiently staffed to accomplish departmental productivity and quality goals.
Plan, evaluate, and improve the efficiency of lesson schedules and procedures to enhance quality, efficiency, and satisfaction.
Seek advisement on business decisions that involve financial considerations
Establish and maintain relevant controls and feedback systems to monitor the operation of the department.
Assist in the execution of periodic progress reports for management and students, as necessary or requested, to track strategic goal accomplishment.
Communicate regularly with other managers, the director, vice president, president, and other designated contacts within the organization.
Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned.
Qualifications:
Caring and compassion for children and adults
Ability to assess and prioritize various tasks in each moment throughout the day
CPR/First Aid/AED certification
Experience managing others and handling client concerns and inquiries
Strong ability to problem solve with great attention to detail
Great attitude and willingness to be coached
