As a swim instructor you are responsible for the safety of each class and teaching swim skills to students in their home pool. You will work to build water confidence within your students, encouraging each student to rise to the best of their abilities. You can expect to be regularly communicating with students and fellow staff members. You should be someone who welcomes feedback and is a continuous learner. As a swim instructor you will report to the Area Manager and schedule all lessons through our software platform.

Responsibilities:

Make sure everyone is safe!

Communicate with clients in a timely and professional manner.

Schedule lessons within our booking platform and take attendance as to accurately record redemption of lessons.

Be a team player who is who is consistently dependable and reliable.

Smile and have fun during your entire shift!

Qualifications:

Caring and compassion for children and adults

CPR and/or Lifeguard Certified

Reliable transportation, as you will be traveling to clients' homes and/or community pools.

Strong communication skills

The ability to focus in a fast-paced environment

Previous experience teaching swim lessons, coaching swimming, or experience as a competitive swimmer.
