Position: Pool Manager Location: Sandburg Pools (Managed by FFC Old Town) Job Type: Seasonal (March 2025 through October 2025) Compensation: $23-25/hour

What You’ll Do: As the Swimming Pool Manager, you will be the heart of ensuring a clean, safe, and enjoyable environment for our members, guests, and staff. Your key responsibilities will include:

Overseeing pool operations, maintenance, and cleanliness, ensuring an outstanding experience for everyone who visits.

Monitoring water chemistry daily to ensure optimal safety, making adjustments as needed.

Leading a team to keep the pool and surrounding areas looking great, and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness across all areas.

Completing regular preventative maintenance on equipment and systems to keep everything running smoothly.

Engaging with members, addressing concerns, and fostering a welcoming environment.

Assisting with lifeguard duties, payroll, staff scheduling, and registration.

Coordinating with housekeeping to maintain a pristine facility, indoors and out.

What We’re Looking For:

3-4 years of lifeguard experience, including up-to-date certifications.

Knowledge of pool operations, chemical balancing, and basic mechanical systems.

Previous experience in aquatics management and leadership.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills – you're a natural when it comes to engaging with others!

Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs, standing or walking for extended periods, and general physical activity.
