THEROLE:

By consistently demonstrating their advanced job abilitiesthrough their actions, Reception Captains provide a high level of support tothe management of the department. They proactively support their colleagues byseeking out where their guidance is needed, never waiting to be asked. Thereception team are the hub of the venues, they set the tone and pace for theguest experience through great communication and are the first people to meetand greet our guests. In addition, they will regularly fulfil the duties of anyother role in the department.

OURPERFECT CANDIDATE HAS:

• Minimum 2 years of experience within a highvolume, quality cocktail bar/venue
• TIPS alcohol certification
• Food handling certification
• Strong communication skills
• Passion for hospitality and a desire to growwithin the company
• The ability to work under pressure and to a highstandard
• The capability to meet the physical andscheduling demands of the position, including walking, standing, or liftingheavy items for extended periods, and working nights, weekends, and holidays
