    7 MONTH CONTRACT 

    I PREFER SOMEONE WHO HAS OPERATIONAL EXPERIENCE (AT AN MSP OR CLIENT SIDE) COORDINATING OR RUNNING A PROGRAM BUT HAS TRANSITIONED OVER TIME INTO A MORE TECHNICAL/ADMIN TYPE ROLE THAT MANAGES THE BACKOFFICE OPERATIONS AND TECH STACK. THIS KIND OF TALENT IS DOUBLE THREAT IN THAT THEY CAN TALK AND SUPPORT THE TECHNOLOGY WHILE ALSO HAVING A DEEP UNDERSTANDING OF CONTINGENT WORKER OPERATIONS, PROGRAM TEAMS, AND SERVICE NEEDS.

    This position is preferred to be located in Alpharetta, GA. but are open to remote delivery.

    Reporting to the Indirect Sourcing Lead, the Contingent Workforce SAP Fieldglass System Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day support and management of the Vendor Management System for contingent labor, statement of work contractors, 1099 consultants, and all other non-employee talent managed in the VMS system.

    This role will act as the main point of contact for all questions and requests related to the VMS and will be responsible for understanding business needs and developing and implementing creative solutions. In addition, the position requires a process improvement background capable of analyzing and measuring the effectiveness of existing business processes and developing sustainable, repeatable and quantifiable business process improvements.

    The position will be responsible for assignments from time to time that are complex where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

    Responsibilities

    • Act as the technical subject matter expert for the SAP Fieldglass Vendor Management System (VMS) for contingent labor
    • Provide technical support for software issues our users (Suppliers, Hiring Managers, Workers, Functional Stakeholders) encounter
    • Manage the relationship with SAP Fieldglass technical team and technical support as needed
    • Manage all integrations, specifications, maintenance, and enhancements
    • Manage the configuration and backend operations of the SAP Fieldglass tenant
    • Develop a rapport with multiple business areas to understand their unique business needs and work collaboratively to create solutions and continuous improvements
    • Elicit and document user system requirements, disaster planning, technology roadmap, and enhancements
    • Communicate system changes and enhancements to users and provide an avenue for training and understanding
    • Develop and report on key program and system metrics
    • Active participation and contribution in business reviews
    • Assist the business in developing reports and dashboards that provide visibility to key performance indicators
    • Provide feedback and information to Indirect Sourcing Leader on organizational behavior and help to identify business needs and issues
    • Monitor system performance, proactively remediate issues, and lead/implement continuous improvement projects
    • Collects and analyzes process data to initiate, develop and recommend business practices and procedures that focus on enhanced safety, increased productivity and reduced cost

    Required Qualifications

    • 4-year degree in related field, preferably in a business or technical discipline
    • At least 5 years of relevant system administration experience
    • Proficient in Microsoft products (i.e. Word, Access, Visio, Powerpoint, etc.)
    • Proficient in SAP Fieldglass Contingent Labor, SOW, and Worker Tracking Modules
    • Ability to assimilate, analyze, draw conclusions, and make recommendations from multi-faceted and often ambiguous data
    • Experience eliciting and documenting user requirements
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to motivate project team members and stakeholders to meet established deadlines
    • Motivated self-starter with the ability to work with minimal oversight
    • Detail oriented and critical thinker
    • Ability to be flexible and willing to learn new skill sets quickly as the need arises
    • Effectiveness in working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
    • Excellent analytical skills: ability to research and make efficient use of resources to achieve effective business results
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks or projects simultaneously in a timely and professional manner;
    • Ability to transfer lessons learned into new processes

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience operating a global contingent worker and SOW program
    • Experience working for an MSP as a Fieldglass Administrator
