WHAT WILL I BE DOING IN THIS ROLE?

• Source, screen, interview and recommend candidates for open positions at entry level and within professional organizations

• Design, develop, and implement local sourcing strategies to attract quality candidates that reflect the local community

• Relationship management to include advisement, coaching, influencing and training

WHAT IS REQUIRED?

• Prior experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
• Prior experience sourcing or designing sourcing strategy
• Strong organization and initiative

WHAT WOULD BE NICE?

• Educational background
• Prior experience recruiting in high volume environments
