    The Assistant Director of Sales and Contracts is responsible for managing the overall customer experience, sales, and local marketing strategies of the center and school contracts to achieve performance goals and grow the Center. The Assistant Director also assists with the day-to-day contract operations to ensure a consistent, quality educational experience for students while managing costs. He/she ensures that policies and procedures are executed according to Sylvan standards. The Assistant Director manages and coaches contract staff and serves as the principle point of contact for the school(s) and the Center Director.

    This position is located in the Brentwood and Pacific Palisades area of Los Angeles. Must be available to work noon to 7pm during the week days and one weekend day 8am until 3pm. Hours will vary based on need. You must be able to work with children, teachers, and parents. This sales position is rewarding but requires flexibility, patience, and attention to details.
