  • Responsibilities

    Syndeo Staffing has a direct hire opportunity as a Blender and Loader Operator to join a family-owned ag-fertilizer supply company. The Blender and Loader Operator is responsible for operating a front-end loader, forklift, and blending equipment to blend raw materials according to specific formulations. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a manufacturing or production environment, possess a strong attention to detail, and have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

    Responsibilities

    • Set up and operate blending equipment according to production schedule and specific formulations.
    • Operate a front-end loader and forklift to safely and efficiently move and load dry ingredients into a hopper.
    • Operate and tend machine to blend materials.
    • Perform routine maintenance and inspections on the loader and forklift to ensure they are functioning properly.
    • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure tasks are completed on time and according to specifications.
    • Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance as needed.
    • Clean and organize work area to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
    • Performs other related duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Previous experience operating a front-end loader and blending equipment in a manufacturing or production setting.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.
    • Ability to lift and move heavy materials as needed.
    • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
    • Basic math skills and ability to accurately weigh materials.
    • Previous experience operating a front-end loader and forklift.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
    • Proactive attitude.

    SCHEDULE / PAY

    • $16+ Per hour DOE
    • Minimum 42.5 hours per week + additional OT as needed
    • Typical schedule will be between 6am & 5pm Mon-Fri
