    About the Role:

    We are looking for a dedicated and highly motivated System Analyst specializing in Master Data Management (MDM). In this role, you will work closely with business and IT stakeholders to ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across enterprise systems. You will play a critical role in analyzing and improving data workflows, implementing MDM solutions, and managing the lifecycle of master data across different applications.

    Key Responsibilities:

    MDM System Implementation & Support:

    Design, implement, and maintain Master Data Management solutions in alignment with business goals and technical requirements.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define MDM strategies, architecture, and integration approaches. Analyze and optimize data processes to ensure that master data is accurate, complete, and consistent across the organization.

    Data Quality & Governance:

    Ensure the integrity and governance of master data throughout its lifecycle.

    Work with business users and stakeholders to define data quality standards and enforce best practices.

    Support data cleansing, data migration, and data enrichment activities to improve master data quality.

    Requirements Gathering & Business Analysis:

    Conduct detailed data analysis to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements for MDM solutions.

    Lead workshops and meetings with business stakeholders to gather and document MDM functional and non-functional requirements.

    System Integration & Troubleshooting:

    Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of MDM solutions with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, Data Warehouses).

    Troubleshoot issues related to MDM and provide timely solutions.

    Continuous Improvement:

    Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements related to master data management.

    Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices in MDM and related technologies.

    Documentation & Reporting:

    Create comprehensive documentation for MDM solutions, processes, and configurations.

    Provide regular updates to management regarding the status of MDM initiatives, data quality issues, and process improvements.

    Qualifications:

    Education & Experience:

    Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

    Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a System Analyst role with a focus on Master Data Management (MDM).

    Hands-on experience with MDM tools (e.g., Informatica MDM, SAP MDG, IBM InfoSphere MDM, or similar).

    Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data lifecycle management.

    Experience in system integration and working with enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, CRM, or Data Warehouses).

    Technical Skills:

    Strong knowledge of data modeling, data integration, and data management best practices.

    Proficiency in SQL and data query languages.

    Familiarity with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and tools.

    Understanding of cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.

    Soft Skills:

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

    Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.

    Strong organizational and time-management skills.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Certification in MDM platforms (e.g., Informatica MDM, SAP MDG).

    Experience in data security and compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) is a plus.
