Position Summary:
We are Seeking a dedicated Experienced System Analyst with a strong background in business analysis, system optimization, and data visualization. Skilled in analyzing user requirements, identifying alternative solutions, and improving existing systems through automation. Adept at Tableau administration, including user permissions management, data security, and dashboard development. Brings 8+ years of expertise in Tableau and Power BI, with proficiency in data management, troubleshooting, and user administration. Strong communicator with a proven ability to collaborate with business users and optimize reporting solutions.

**PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (May perform any or all of the following):
**

• Understands business objectives and problems, identifies alternative solutions, performs studies and cost/benefit analysis of alternatives.
• Analyzes user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or to improve existing computer system: Confers with personnel of organizational units involved to analyze current operational procedures, identify problems, and learn specific input and output requirements, such as forms of data input, how data is to be; summarized, and formats for reports.
• Writes detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer program.
• Reviews computer system capabilities, specifications, and scheduling limitations to determine if requested program or program change is possible within existing system.
• This role will be the administrator of a Tableau Online SaaS instance, supporting a diverse set of users. Skillset required includes Tableau administration and development. Setting up and maintaining user permissions to ensure data security both externally and between user groups is essential

(Minimum required experience )

• 8 years ofExperience in Tableau Administration, developing reports or dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI.
• 5 years of Expertise in data management and database concepts
• 5 Years of Experience with data manipulation and cleaning techniques
• 5 Years of experience in Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to Tableau server and Tableau Cloud/Enterprise offerings
• 4 years of Proficiency in user administration and permissions management.
• 3 years of Hands on as a Tableau Server or Tableau Online administrator
• 2 years of experience in Developing dashboards and reports in Tableau.
• 2 years of experience in Power BI administration is preferred.
• 1 year of Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with business users
