  • Responsibilities

    An individual must meet the following criteria to be considered:

    • U.S. Citizen

    • Pass a background investigation.

    • Possess an active TS/SCI w/ Poly security clearance.

    • Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related discipline. Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.

    • Twenty (20) Years of experience in programs and/or contracts of similar scope within the Federal Government.

    Key Job Functions:

    • Perform capability development

    • Analyze & develop system operational requirements

    • Conduct network requirement analysis and deconfliction

    • Manage system analytics and dataflow transitions to new platforms

    • Review and evaluate the impact of tool capabilities

    Required Skills:

    • Demonstrated experience in planning and leading Systems Engineering efforts.

    • Analyzes user requirements, concept of operations documents, and high-level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications.

    • Analyze system requirements and lead design and development activities.

    • Guide users in formulating requirements, advise alternative approaches and conduct feasibility studies.

    • Provide technical leadership for the integration of requirements, design, and technology.

    • Incorporate new plans, designs, and systems into ongoing operations.

    • Work as part of a team with project managers and customers to fulfill requirements.

    • Develop technical documentation.

    • Develops system Architecture and system design documentation.

    • Guides system development and implementation planning through assessment or preparation of system engineering management plans and system integration and test plans.

    • Interacts with the Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and associated problems, issues, or conflicts.

    • Ultimate responsibility for the technical integrity of work performed and deliverables associated with the Systems Engineering area of responsibility.

    • Communicates with other program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives.
