    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a highly skilled professional to support our integrated Program Office by overseeing taskers, conducting outreach, and ensuring seamless execution of program acquisition activities. The ideal candidate will provide expertise in Test & Validation planning, Configuration Management, and Risk Management while acting as a trusted advisor for major program milestones.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Tasker Management: Review all TIER taskers from Program Offices, the Enterprise, and Mission Partners to assess relevancy, resource allocation, and deadlines.

    Outreach & Engagement: Conduct outreach activities with IC partners and Enterprise members to support program acquisition efforts.

    Test & Validation Oversight: Ensure effective planning of test activities, including scheduling, resource management, and requirement satisfaction.

    Milestone Planning & Execution: Serve as the SETA Lead, ensuring major milestones are proactively planned and all necessary documentation, schedules, and coordination efforts are completed successfully.

    Configuration Management: Lead triage efforts for Requests for Change (RFCs), evaluating potential programmatic impacts and assigning appropriate personnel for resolution.

    Risk & Opportunity Management: Act as the Program Risk Lead, identifying and assessing risks and opportunities, collaborating with government and subject matter experts to implement mitigation strategies.

    Qualifications & Requirements:

    Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph;

    Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution;

    Experience in engineering and/or acquisition of Intelligence Community (IC) and/or DoD spacecraft systems;

    Knowledge of IC and/or DoD acquisition roles, processes, and/or program management;

    Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic, and energetic environment with excellent communication skills; and

    Experience with program acquisition, risk management, and configuration management in a government or defense setting.

    Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.

    Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including government, SETA, and FFRDC personnel.

    Desired Qualifications & Requirements:

    Experience at the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO);

    STEM Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution;

    SIGINT Experience
