Hansen Talent Group is hiring a System Support Administrator to work with a large enterprise in Columbia, SC. This is a hybrid opportunity requiring 2-3 days/week onsite for the early morning shift.  You’ll monitor systems, resolve issues, and ensure smooth operations for mainframe applications and batch processes.

What you'll do:

• Monitor and support systems, batch cycles, releases, and implementations.
• Investigate and resolve mainframe issues during morning check-outs (by 6:00 AM Central).
• Create and manage ad hoc mainframe reports.
• Participate in troubleshooting sessions and system support meetings.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of data storage, basic database management, and programming techniques.
• Understanding of production system maintenance and change management.
• Familiarity with development, QA, and integration methods.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
