Symmetry IT is seeking a dedicated and skilled System Support Analyst to join our dynamic team. This hybrid role combines the flexibility of remote work with the hands-on responsibilities of onsite support. The ideal candidate will be an integral part of our remote help desk team, managing tickets and calls to assist end users with their IT needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide remote support for end users by resolving tickets and addressing technical issues via phone and email.

Assist with hardware, software, and network troubleshooting for clients.

Perform onsite support at various locations in the Jacksonville area as required.

Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient and effective problem resolution.

Requirements:

Proven experience in IT support or a related field.

Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network issues.

Reliable transportation for onsite support at client locations in Jacksonville.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Qualifications
