Job Description

A well-established company in Troy, Alabama is looking for an experience Data Management Technician.  The Data Management Technician will input or update data from multiple sources into spreadsheets and/or CMMS database, design and create new spreadsheets/reports in order to better organize information, verify accuracy and completeness of data, generate data presentations for other teams and management, and assist in training and growth of less experienced Data Management Technician team members.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead efforts in development and implementation of procedures and protocols for efficient data management
• Troubleshoot any data-related problems
• Work with team members to identify opportunities for improvement
• Create reports for internal teams and/or external clients as requested
• Collaborate with team members to collect and analyze data
• Use graphs, infographics and other methods to visualize data
• Structure large data sets to find usable information

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1-2 years experience conducting business data analysis (Required)

• Proficient with CMMS and Data manipulation software (Required)

• Proficient with commonly used VBA and/or SQL coding (Required)

• Proficiency with MS Office products (Required)
