Systematic Business Consulting is a well-established and growing direct-hire recruiting firm specializing in recruiting for Manufacturing companies across the country.  We have always been a remote working environment and have employees across the Carolinas, TN, WV, VA and are looking for additional employees anywhere within the greater Mid-Atlantic region.

KEYS TO SUCCESS:

• This is a full-time position and it is performance based. Hours are flexible, but we are looking for people with the drive to make significant six figure incomes and are willing to put in the time to be successful
• Must have comfort level talking on the phone and good writing skills
• Must be able to work from a home office without distractions
• Honest, forward looking, inspiring and competent people are the ones that excel in this business
• Previous experience in Manufacturing, Logistics, Distribution or Engineering is helpful, but not required

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have an Associates degree from an accredited institution, Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Excellent communication and persuasion abilities
• Time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple open roles simultaneously
• Experience with sourcing tools (e.g. resume databases and portfolio sites), familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs), knowledge of sourcing techniques (including Boolean search), or recruiting experience is a plus
