REQUIREMENT

Systems Administrator / IT Infrastructure Specialist Columbia, SC (Locals Only) Long term contract

Need Overall 10+ yrs of experience

Scope of Work

Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including Windows 11 systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems

Support approximately 100 laptop endpoints and standard office equipment including printers, scanners, VOIP phones

Coordinate with vendors, handle system upgrades/patches, and provide technical documentation

Education and Certification

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, IT, or related field

A+, Security+, or other network/IT certifications (Preferred)

Govt Experience

Minimum Qualifications

Four (4) years of experience working within an Information Technology organization.

Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, procedures, and troubleshooting required to support computer hardware and software installations.

Experience identifying and resolving computer and system problems including compatibility conflicts, application operations, and hardware malfunctions.

The ability to support users in the use of application software. Experience communicating and coordinating with vendors, users, and other IT staff.

Working knowledge and experience with Microsoft operating systems, systems security management practices, or infrastructure is preferred.
