Responsibilities The Systems Administrator will be responsible for all aspects of Windows support including software updates and upgrades, backup and recovery, performance management and capacity planning for the Windows environment

Troubleshooting: Identify and fix issues by testing network components Backup and disaster recovery: Create and maintain backup and disaster recovery strategies Installing and updating: Install and configure software and hardware, and update operating systems and applications Monitoring: Use monitoring tools to detect issues and prevent problems Security: Implement security protocols and ensure compliance with cybersecurity regulations Documentation: Create and maintain documentation Performance: Provide insights on performance bottlenecks and areas for improvement

Skills

· Proficiency in operating systems, network configuration, and security

· 2 years’ hands-on experience preferably in a network environment

· Analytical thinking

· Effective communication

· Detail-oriented

· Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
