    Position Overview: The Systems Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our organization. This multifaceted role involves overseeing various operational aspects, managing resources, and facilitating communication between different departments. The primary goal of the Systems Coordinator is to optimize processes and enhance overall productivity.

    Responsibilities:

    1. System Maintenance and Management

    • Monitor, maintain, and optimize the SmartAdvocate platform for optimal performance across departments.
    • Configure and update system settings to meet organizational needs and user requirements.
    • Ensure regular system backups and implement disaster recovery procedures to protect data.
    • Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, customizations, and workflows.
    • Oversee vendor relationships, manage service agreements, and evaluate vendor performance.
    • Coordinate contract renewals and escalate issues with vendors as needed.

    2. User Support and Training

    • Provide technical support to users encountering issues with SmartAdvocate.
    • Develop and deliver training to new and existing staff on SmartAdvocate features.
    • Create and maintain training materials, including manuals and video tutorials.

    3. System Upgrades and New Features

    • Collaborate with IT and third-party vendors to plan and implement system upgrades and new feature rollouts.
    • Participate in the integration of new modules and functionalities as the platform evolves.
    • Test and troubleshoot updates to ensure compatibility with existing workflows.

    4. Account Management and Security

    • Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions to ensure appropriate access control.
    • Monitor compliance with privacy laws (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR) within the system.
    • Respond to user access requests, troubleshoot issues, and address security vulnerabilities.

    5. Collaboration and Feedback

    • Serve as the liaison between SmartAdvocate users, the IT department, and vendors.
    • Collect user feedback on system performance and functionality, recommending improvements.
    • Collaborate with management to identify new features or integrations for system enhancements.

    Qualifications:

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in legal research and case management software preferred.
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Compassion for injured workers and a dedication to achieving justice on their behalf.
    • SmartAdvocate admin experience (account creations, workplan builds, automated procedure upkeep, etc.) required.

    Schedule:

    • Monday-Friday; Hybrid/Remote

    Pay Range:

    • $60,000k-$65,000k/yearly
