Job Description
The Systems Engineer , reflects the mission, vision, and values of NM, adheres to the organization’s Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards.
The Systems Engineer is responsible for keeping the hardware systems, their associated operating systems, and connectivity capabilities fully operational and well-integrated into NMHC information technology environment. This position also monitors, analyzes and plans upgrades, as necessary, to ensure adequate capacity and availability to meet the user needs.
The Systems Engineer will work in a hybrid environment and work 2-3 days at an on-site location. The role may involve some On-Call responsibilities and the need to work outside of regular business hours for system maintenance or emergency support.

The System Engineer will be responsible for managing and maintaining the organization's desktop environment using Microsoft Intune and SCCM tools. The role requires in-depth knowledge of ITIL processes to ensure that IT services are delivered efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
