We are looking for a system Engineer to support the development of the tools and process for requirements management to constructs Safety Cases and validates vehicles are safe enough to be deployed for autonomous driving.
As part of the functional safety office, knowledge of ISO 26262 Functional Safety or similar standard would be appreciated
Responsibilities:
Develop requirements and system development status throughout the program lifecycle
Develop Safety Cases as per Safety/ System requirements
Develop and maintain tools to automate requirement development tasks (including traceability)
Develop and maintain dashboards to illustrate progress against targets
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in automotive engineering, Aerospace, Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering
5+ years experience in automotive, aerospace or other relevant industries
2+ years of experience in managing requirements
Experience with Python for automation of tasks and APIs
Experience designing and developing automated dashboards using data visualization tools such as Grafana or Looker
Experience with at least one of this standards: ISO 26262 ISO 13849, IEC 61508, ARP4761, DO-178C, DO-254, ISO 21448
