What We're Looking For:

We are seeking an accomplished Systems Engineer with a passion for technology and dedication to exceptional customer service. Your positive attitude and strong technical abilities are crucial for consistently providing top-tier technology solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting our Projects Department to guarantee the successful planning and execution of projects.
• Engaging with the Sales Team to create customized proposals and present solutions that address our prospects' and clients' technical requirements and business objectives.
• Designing, configuring, implementing, and maintaining Windows Server OS (all versions), virtualization technologies, and backup solutions.
• Designing, configuring, implementing, and maintaining Microsoft Azure and AWS environments.
• Implementing and managing Microsoft Intune for device management and security.
• Expertly troubleshooting complex technical issues
• Conducting routine system maintenance and optimizations.
• Implementing and maintaining applications such as Microsoft SharePoint, Google Workspace, QuickBooks, and Sage.
• Configuring and maintaining network infrastructure, including switches and routers.
• Developing and managing system architecture and comprehensive documentation.
• Maintaining accurate and timely records of issues in the Autotask ticketing system.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience with:

• Working in an MSP environment
• Design, implementation, and support of Windows Server OS (all versions)
• Design, implementation, and support of virtualization technologies, including VMWare and Hyper-V
• Design, implementation, and support of Microsoft SharePoint, Azure, and Intune
• Design, implementation, and support of AWS
• Implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Backup Solutions, including CloudAlly and Carbonite
• Implementation of Security Solutions, including Todyl and ID Agent
• Google Workspace
• QuickBooks and Sage advanced application troubleshooting
• Network configuration and troubleshooting

CompTIA Network+, Server+, or Security+ certifications

This is a full-time, hybrid-remote role that consists of 2 days working remotely, 3 days in the SPN Networks office, with occasional onsite visits to client locations.
