    Job Description

    MAXISIQ is seeking n engineering professional to join the team as a Systems Integration Engineer - Robotics Controller Development supporting the Army Rapid Capabilities and Critical Technologies Office (RCCTO) Human Machine Integrated Formations (HMIF) Project Office (PO). Work collaboratively to lead controller integration. Develop complex HMIF formation ensuring the HMIF common controller aligns with stakeholder requirements for smooth transition plan to Program of Record office post prototype development.

    What you will be doing in this role:

    • Leading Controller Integration.

    • Working and interfacing with stakeholders across the HMI enterprise.

    • Working HMIF Common Controller interface requirements development, design, transition plan stakeholder coordination.

    • Advising, coordinating, scheduling, and remaining abreast of engineering and technical support activities applicable to the Common Controller sub-system development and capability integration.

    • Providing integrated, multi-disciplinary solution recommendations to technical problems.

    • Participating in the development and execution of test strategies.

    • Participating in Common Controller budgetary discussions.

    Education

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Program Management related field of stud

    Required Experience

    • 10 plus years of hands-on experience applying integration principles across both hardware and software systems. Fewer years of experience will be considered based on complexity and success of the experience

    • Requirements development and decomposition

    • Past experience in user interface design, hardware and/or software.

    • Engineering Integration of systems of systems, system and sub system level

    • ICD and IOP development

    • Testing Experience

    • Experience in the skills and responsibility areas described above

    Desired Experience

    • Familiarity with DoD 5000 acquisition lifecycle processes

    • Superior writing skill inclusive of developing technical system-level specifications

    • Excellent communications skills including the ability to generate and deliver focused briefings on complex topics to senior leaders
