Role Overview
Responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for fire and security alarm systems.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for Installation and Service support
Ability to assist field technicians with technical support and programming.
Perform technical support and troubleshooting for Intrusion, Fire alarm, Videofied, and Access control systems.
Responsible for building/programming/troubleshooting Intrusion, Fire alarm, Videofied and Access control systems to include but not limited to: DMP, Honeywell, Videofied and CHeKT
Responsible for assisting Customer Support Department with projects, account builds, and programming as needed.
Ability to perform account/data audits to ensure system accuracy, contributing to team success and company goals.
Provide system, job and service ticket updates for all departments as needed.
Assist with basic training of new team members as needed.
Responsible for handling multiple system installations
All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Associates Degree or Technical School Degree or equivalent technical experience.
Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft applications or desire and ability to learn.
Bilingual a Plus.
Work Requirements
The position is considered sedentary and requires extended periods of PC exposure.
Availability of on call support after normal business hours as needed.
