    Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team in a fast-paced industrial environment. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a thorough understanding of manufacturing processes and MRP systems. The Engineering Manager will play a crucial role in driving engineering projects, optimizing processes, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
    • Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of engineering projects within budget and timeline constraints.
    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including production, quality assurance, and supply chain to optimize manufacturing processes and ensure seamless integration with MRP systems.
    • Implement and maintain engineering standards, procedures, and best practices to ensure consistency and efficiency across projects.
    • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics related to engineering projects and initiatives, taking proactive measures to address issues and drive continuous improvement.
    • Champion innovation and technology adoption within the engineering team, staying abreast of industry trends and advancements.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all engineering activities.
    • Provide technical expertise and support to resolve complex engineering challenges and escalated issues.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
    • 5+ years of progressive experience in engineering roles within an industrial manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership capacity.
    • Proven track record of successfully managing engineering projects from conception to completion, meeting technical requirements, budgetary constraints, and deadlines.
    • Strong understanding of MRP systems and their integration with engineering and manufacturing processes.
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving common goals.
    • Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
