    Position Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

    Location: Omaha, NE 

    Employee Status: Contract

    Purpose:

    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic Human Resources team. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for driving the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of roles across our organization. This is a full-time, in-office position based in our Omaha, Nebraska headquarters.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers to qualified candidates.

    • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies utilizing various channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, employee referrals, and networking events.

    • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs, define job requirements, and develop effective job descriptions.

    • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.

    • Conduct thorough and insightful interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.

    • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams.

    • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.

    • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

    • Manage and track candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices in talent acquisition, and relevant employment laws.

    • Participate in talent acquisition projects and initiatives as needed.

    • Contribute to building a strong employer brand.

    Work Requirements, Experience, Education, and Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

    • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in corporate talent acquisition, managing the full recruitment lifecycle for diverse roles.

    • Proven success in directly sourcing candidates and building talent pipelines.

    • Strong understanding of various recruitment methodologies and best practices.

    • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    • Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

    • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.

    • Must be able to work full-time in our Omaha, Nebraska office.
