Position Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Purpose:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic Human Resources team. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for driving the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of roles across our organization. This is a full-time, in-office position based in our Omaha, Nebraska headquarters.
Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers to qualified candidates.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies utilizing various channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, employee referrals, and networking events.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs, define job requirements, and develop effective job descriptions.
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct thorough and insightful interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Manage and track candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices in talent acquisition, and relevant employment laws.
Participate in talent acquisition projects and initiatives as needed.
Contribute to building a strong employer brand.
Work Requirements, Experience, Education, and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in corporate talent acquisition, managing the full recruitment lifecycle for diverse roles.
Proven success in directly sourcing candidates and building talent pipelines.
Strong understanding of various recruitment methodologies and best practices.
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
Must be able to work full-time in our Omaha, Nebraska office.
