Position Title: TA Manager

Purpose:
The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading and managing the talent acquisition team, operational talent acquisition processes, recruitment metrics, and hiring strategy. This includes, but is not limited to, high-volume recruitment for general labor, recruitment of technical skilled positions, and key roles that are of a complex and critical nature. In addition, this role includes building and implementing processes and initiatives to ensure automation and efficiency, and ensuring the right talent is in the right role at the right time to deliver on expected business goals.
Responsibilities:
Manage internal and external reputation as an employer of choice.
Manage the talent acquisition process for the company, including applying leadership principles to a team of Talent Acquisition professionals.
Manage and maintain process documentation for talent acquisition functions.
Manage and engage in high-volume recruitment for regularly scheduled classes of entry-level positions.
Create, manage, and maintain regular reporting and analytics on sourcing activities, candidate pipelines, and recruiting metrics; report to senior and executive management.
