TAG Consulting is seeking several Customer Service Representatives to join our call center team in Passaic County, New Jersey. This position will be completely remote, however, requires you to be in the office for the first 2 weeks of training.
JOB SUMMARY:
- Under the direction of the Call Center Management Team, the Customer Service Representative handles incoming telephone calls, emails, and facsimile transmissions to answer questions and resolve issues for members, groups, and providers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer high volume of incoming telephone and facsimile inquiries from groups, members and providers, and meet or exceed the departmental benchmarks.
- Research issues and coordinate with necessary individuals or departments to work and resolve issues.
- Multi-task by adjusting from one call to another without loss of efficiency, composure, or knowledge
REQUIREMENTS:
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
- Must be able to speak and write effectively in the English language. Bi-lingual is a plus.
REASONING ABILITY:
- Must have the ability to reason through standard business issues, including assisting with complaints, orders, errors, account questions, and other queries.
