    Job brief

    TBL Durables US, a subsidiary of Everline Coatings and Services, is a rapidly growing provider of specialty road marking products and services. Our small but growing team needs an experienced, reliable and proactive Field Support Specialist (FSS) to assist our efforts in successfully launching and supporting our growing network of Everline Franchise partners.

    Major Duties and Responsibilities:

    ● Prepare and complete Onboarding Launch visits in Franchise territories, complete with virtual and on-site training sessions. Each purchaser of the TBL Durables equipment and systems receives 2 days (16hrs) of on-site training at their location.

    ● As an industry leader in customer service, FSS’s must actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the Franchisee/customer experience, monitor franchisee performance through KPMs, and coach for improvement.

    ● Assess Franchise operations to provide advice and targeted training on a continual basis to maintain TBL Durables/EverLine Coatings' continued track record of competitive performance.

    ● Management Development- Provide assistance and consultation through best practices in improving owners’ skill sets in coaching, mentoring, accountability and performance.

    ● Assist each owner with utilizing the available TBL Durables support tools to enable the training and development of their management team and crews.

    ● When not travelling on business, actively assisting with the distribution of equipment and materials from our Houston warehouse.

    Additional Responsibilities

    ● Keep the President informed and provide weekly status updates.

    ● Document Franchise consultation activities within CRM.

    ● Remain current on new technology as it relates to the business model.

    ● Conduct regular meetings to provide system updates, instructional training, and gather feedback with large groups of franchise owners.

    ● Being available and capable to handle urgent support calls (virtually and visually as required)

    ● Answer general business operation and development questions.

    ● Control and manage individual expense reports in accordance with Company travel policy.

    ● Utilize effective time management and operate with integrity to promote, advocate, educate and train in regard to the TBL Durables US/EverLine Coatings and Services ® Brand.

    ● Engage in completing Company initiatives and assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner.

    ● Assisting and supporting the efforts of EverLine Coatings and Services ® divisions as needed. TBL Durables distributes equipment and materials through the EverLine Head Office in Houston.

    Required Qualifications

    ● Minimum of three (3) years as Licensed Technician or Mechanic OR five (5) years as a successful general maintenance worker.

    ● A knowledge of Shipping and Receiving functions is a definite asset.

    ● English language fluency is required. Spanish is an asset.

    ● Ability to comprehend, diagnose and repair small machinery and equipment.

    ● Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, with people at all levels of the organization in a clear and professional manner.

    ● Must have "the Passion to Serve" Franchisees through consultative skills.

    ● Ability to present and speak professionally to large groups.

    ● Ability to utilize Virtual Meeting platforms

    ● Proper representation of the company and etiquette while representing TBL Durables US/EverLine Coatings. EverLine Coatings ® and must maintain our status as the most professional and well-respected company in our industry.

    ● A professional positive attitude for Franchisees, Team Members, and Colleagues is essential. Toxicity will not be tolerated.

    ● The ability to work collaboratively with others and fully engage is special projects.

    ● The ongoing effort to increase knowledge of our industry and support of the Brand.

    Education

    ● College degree and/or appropriate work experience which may include prior business ownership, consulting experience, or mid-level or higher management accountability.

    Working Conditions

    ● The role is based out of Houston, TX (9960 Bammel N Houston Rd.)

    ● Must be physically able and willing to travel by air independently across the US, and infrequently to Canada.

    ● Up to 50 percent of travel is anticipated, including infrequent trips to corporate HQ in Toronto, Canada.

    ● Business operations Monday through Friday, and on nights and occasional weekends, as necessary. Weekend travel as directed by the President.

    ● Maintain a valid Driver's license.

    ● Maintain a US Passport

    ● Maintain a Credit Card for reimbursable travel expenses.
