WESTWOOD PROFESSIONAL SERVICES, INC. is seeking a Land Survey Project Manager to join our team in our Englewood, Colorado office. Westwood has a highly experienced and dynamic team of individuals dedicated to providing high-level professional services to our clients.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Coordinate and work closely with Engineering Project Managers, other Survey Project Managers, and various office and field staff to deliver survey products on schedule. Survey projects will commonly include subdivision plats, ALTA and boundary surveys, design and topo surveys. • Provide survey direction, calculations, coordinate system information, and mentorship to field crews. • Review work performed by survey technicians in AutoCAD. • Establish project goals and oversee the QA/QC process. • Sign and seal plats, legal descriptions and exhibits, field notes and control drawings when necessary. • Establish work plans and staffing requirements for multiple projects • Provide support to other operational units as needed • Manage and report financial status including AR/WIP and billing cycles • Perform other tasks as assigned to help accomplish the Company’s strategic goals
Required Skills
• Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Trimble Business Center, and Microsoft Office • A comprehensive knowledge of ALTA’s, Boundary, Topographic and Construction surveying is required • Good managerial and communication skills • Problem solving skills • Must be able to work in a team environment
Required Experience
• Must be a Licensed Professional Land Surveyor in the State of Colorado • 4 plus years of land survey project management experience is preferred
SALARY RANGE: $80,000 - $115,000
