Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and caring Early Childhood Teacher to join our high-quality campus serving children aged 6 weeks to 5 years old. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, a personable demeanor, and a genuine passion for nurturing young learners. This full-time position offers a supportive environment with small student-to-teacher ratios, daily prep time, and opportunities for professional growth.
Responsibilities:
Create and maintain a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment for children.
Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote development in social, emotional, cognitive, and physical domains.
Collaborate with colleagues and families to ensure each child’s needs are met.
Maintain classroom cleanliness, organization, and adherence to campus standards.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child’s progress and milestones.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training as required.
Qualifications:
Possess a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or be willing to obtain one within the first 6 months of employment.
Reliable transportation to and from work.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and transition from the floor to standing within 3 seconds.
Personable, caring, and committed to fostering a high-quality learning environment.
Availability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
