**Base pay $13.50 /hr and 2nd

shift premium .50/hr and C shift $1.00 per hour**

Telos Global is currently hiring Laser Operators to join our growing team to help manufacture quality automotive parts located in Caryville, TN. Laser operators are responsible for loading and unloading metal parts to the designated machines to ensure each part produced meets quality and safety standards per customer requirements. We are hiring on 2nd and 3rd shift. 2nd shift is 2 PM - 10:30 PM Monday-Friday and 3rd shift is 10 PM - 6:30 AM Sunday-Thursday.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Log operating progress in daily report.
• Tagging and labeling per the work instructions.
• Ensuring accuracy in quality visually and with testing equipment.
• Stack and sort parts in shipping container according to customer requirements.
• Load and unload laser machine.
• Basic machine maintenance.
• Clean and adjust fixtures to machine.
• Basic housekeeping duties.
• Ensuring safety protocols and procedures are being followed at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Basic math, reading, and writing comprehension skills.
• 6 months – 2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Basic mechanical skills.
• Understand and act on verbal and or written instruction

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Lift up to 50lbs.
• Work in a non-climate-controlled environment
• Ability to focus and attention to detail.

• Mechanical troubleshooting
