**This is a Temporary 1099 contract role payable at $33 per hour**
We are seeking a skilled Temp IT End User Device Support Technician to join our team. This role involves deploying, configuring, supporting, and maintaining end-user devices, including Dell laptops and workstations. The technician will work in a team environment to support office moves, device installations, upgrades, and repairs while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot end-user devices.
- Participate in Techbar support and IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) support.
- Provide technical support for Dell laptops/workstations, including both hardware repairs and software troubleshooting.
- Assist in office moves, workstation setups, and basic data migration.
- Utilize ITIL, ITSM, and ServiceNow for incident and request management.
- Deliver high-quality customer service in a corporate environment.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless IT operations and user satisfaction.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong understanding of end-user device setup, configuration, and support.
- Familiarity with Dell laptops and workstations, including hardware repair and software support.
- Knowledge of ITIL and ITSM principles.
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar IT service management tools.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a corporate environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a DoD environment is a plus.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation, or Dell Certifications are advantageous.
