As a Sales Operations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring day-to-day operations are streamlined and effective, including workflow management, process documentation, and supporting the team with administrative deliverables. You'll work closely with various teams to streamline processes, manage projects, and provide administrative support.

Responsibilities:

○ Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and presentations.
○ Handle general office administration tasks, such as digital document filing and data entry.
○ Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements for key personnel.
● Process Improvement:
○ Document and analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement.
○ Inform policies and procedures to ensure operational effectiveness.
○ Implement new systems and procedures to enhance effectiveness and productivity, unlocking and elevating the team so that it is empowered in each vertical.
○ Collaborate with teams to develop and implement best practices.
● Team Support:
○ Provide administrative support to the team, including onboarding new hires and managing team resources.
○ Assist with event planning and coordination.
Requirement & Qualifications:
● Exceptional written communication skills, including the ability to compose clear, concise, and persuasive correspondence, presentations, contracts, and narrative reports
● Strong problem-solving skills and high emotional intelligence. Excellent active listener.
● Outstanding ability to conduct research, collect and organize findings, analyze data, and apply this to a defensible decision-making framework in complex environments
● Proficiency in navigating digital platforms and tools with competence in using CRM systems, Google Applications, Canva, and Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to adapt to new technologies and embrace digital transformation.
● Agility, adaptability, and results-driven. A willingness to learn and grow.
● Understanding or capacity to quickly learn the higher education transfer enrollment market.
● Current or former experience as a community college or transfer student is a plus.
● Impeccable attention to detail.
● Ability to organize and prioritize work objectives based on highest value activities.
