POSITION: H8 Premier Financial Representative
REPORTS TO: Financial Services Assistant Manager
INTERNAL CLOSING DATE: 1/29/2021
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
A two year college degree or a specialized course of study at a business or trade school or completion of a specialized and extensive in-house training or apprenticeship program.
3-5 years Branch operations or related experience required. Knowledge of TFCU systems, products, services, policies, procedures and protocols required. Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, sales, mathematical, problem solving, multitasking and computer skills, and detail orientation required
ESSENTIAL DUTIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
- Build, manage and grow a book of business consisting of key member relationships through internal and external referrals as well as outbound calling efforts.
- Conduct comprehensive financial review sessions with mass affluent members to uncover their unique needs, recommend solutions and the log information using a CRM tool.
- Collaborate with branch partners to generate referrals for new memberships and deepen the relationships of existing members.
- Provide the highest quality of service to all members by promptly addressing concerns and escalating to leadership when appropriate.
- Process transactions for members within a book of business such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, notaries, fee reversals, payments, opening and closing accounts, etc.
- Represent the credit union in a brand ambassador capacity at various business development events.
- Build a network of internal partners and external sources to generate new member growth and enhance member experience.
- Serve as a peer coach to other member facing roles within the branch network.
- Assist in onboarding new Premier Financial Representatives within the credit union through job shadowing and one on one mentoring sessions.
