Our client is a worldwide leader in the design and manufacture of manual, semi-automated and robotic products for precision fluid measuring. They are seeking an organized professional to support and manage the schedules of their Talent Acquisition team and operations. This is a great entry-level opportunity!
** Responsibilities**
The Human Resources Administrator will provide front line operational/clerical and administrative support in all areas of Human Resources which include, Talent, operations, HRIS, and onboarding.
- Respond to incoming inquiries or requests via phone, emails, and drop-ins. Includes greeting and referring employees and visitors to the appropriate person and assisting with transitioning of candidates. Receive, stamp, sort, and disseminate mail and other documents and packages Requires maintaining a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
- Data entry: PeopleSoft, ICIMS, spreadsheets (Excel), and other HR-related systems.
- Assist Talent with scheduling interviews. Set up travel arrangements for out-of-area candidates. Prepare, order, and distribute new employee swag.
- File and/or scan personnel-related documents. Set up and close out files, schedule meetings, maintain conference room calendars, process employee appreciation awards.
- Assist with creating, designing, and updating documents.
- Maintain onboarding schedules.
- Other duties as assigned.

- English and Spanish fluency preferred
Education/Experience
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of three years of progressively responsible administrative experience required.
- Experience in human resources, on-boarding or recruiting preferred.
- Experience in a manufacturing, high-tech, or bio-tech environment preferred.
Additional details
Must pass drug ( including THC ) and background screens.
May be occasionally required to wear Personal Protective Equipment (provided by employer).
Monday - Friday; 7am-3:30pm; this assignment does not have an end date.
