    THE TITLE: Retirement Plan Account Manager

     

    THE DESCRIPTION: The Finway Group is a Third-Party Administration (TPA) firm specializing in 401(k) plan administration, compliance, and consulting for retirement plans. Due to significant company growth, we are seeking a team member that has experience and knowledge in the 401(k) and/or investment industry with a drive to leave corporate America and be a part of our family atmosphere.

    THE RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Provides support to clients through phone, letters and emails to quickly resolve requests

    • Demonstrate general knowledge of recordkeeping, outsourcing and processing capabilities.

    • Address client needs, develop action plans, and consult on products, services, and capabilities resulting in added value for our clients.

    • Acts in a pro-active manner with assigned clients to ensure retention as well as grow client dedication and engagement to develop positive relationships

    • Coordinate with manager to research issues and negotiate problem resolution.

     

    THE QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Minimum 2-3 years financial services experience preferred

    • Exceptional customer service skills, both verbal and written

    • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications such as: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

    • Strong attention to detail, file compliance, and accuracy

    • Monday through Friday approximately 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
