Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Account Manager to join our team! The Sales Account Manager works with the sales and marketing team to create new leads and nurture existing leads into guests, members, or owners at the Ranches at Belt Creek.

This position will also need to entertain prospects on different outdoor adventures not limited to ATV rides, horseback riding, fly fishing, and outdoor dining expereinces.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Follow up and qualify all leads generated by the marketing team.
• Work each lead to a phone call and every phone call to a booking at the Ranch.
• Interact with the guests on-site in a way that promotes the Brand.
• Engage promptly all incoming leads.
• Keep an organized and up-to-date CRM.
• Report weekly on activity goals and progress.
• Call on leads to engage, create rapport and qualify.
• Participate in many of the outdoor recreations with prospects at the Ranches at Belt Creek.

• Passionate about the outdoors

• Gregarious and Engaging
• Detail Oriented
• Skilled with computers and the Microsoft suite
• Easily switch between tasks
• Strong phone and conversational skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong sales skills
• College undergraduate degree is preferred
• Hospitality experience is a plus
