TIRKS(Trunks Integrated Record Keeping System) Developer/Consultant
Job Description
• TIRKS System Maintenance: Manage and maintain the TIRKS system, including configuration, updates, and troubleshooting.
• System Integration: Collaborate with IT , Partners , OEM’s and network engineering teams as applicable to ensure seamless migration and integration of TIRKS with other operational support systems (OSS).
• Process Automation: Develop scripts and tools to automate routine tasks and improve system efficiency.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues within the TIRKS system and related environments.
• Database Management: Maintain and optimize the system's database to ensure data accuracy and system reliability.
• Reporting: Generate reports and analytics based on TIRKS data for decision-making and operational improvements.
• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed system documentation, including workflows, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
• User Support: Provide technical support to end-users and conduct training sessions as needed.
