    Job Title: Administrative Assistant

    Job Description:

    TLC Creative Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sending out compliance emails, onboarding new managers and agents, checking mails and voicemails, and performing various administrative tasks to support our operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Send out compliance emails to ensure all employees adhere to company policies and regulations.
    • Assist in the onboarding process of new managers and agents, including coordinating training sessions and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
    • Check and manage incoming mails and voicemails, responding to inquiries or directing them to the appropriate department.
    • Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems.
    • Provide administrative support to the management team as needed.
    • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
    • Assist with other administrative tasks and special projects as required.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
    • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
    • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiar with office equipment.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
    • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
