Job Description
We are looking for a self-motivated and responsible Payroll, Benefits and Hiring Specialist. This position requires a person with multi-tasking capabilities who is highly organized, professional, dependable and has good computer skills. This is an A-Z position responsible for all items related to payroll, benefits and hiring. If you want to join a team working environment and a growing company come join us.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Work alongside the current Payroll team to complete new hires and payrolls for 9 restaurants
- Master new payroll system, iSolved
- Visit restaurant sites as needed to assist with hiring
- Gather & prepare employees' time ensuring accuracy
- Review wages computed & correct errors to ensure accuracy
- Prepare periodic reports for ownership
- Prepare and manage manual paychecks when needed
- Aid in maintaining employee records
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Proficient in MS Office (Must be Able to Manage Spreadsheets).
- 1+ years of payroll accounting and/or general accounting. Experience in the restaurant industry in HUGE plus.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently, make decisions and problem solve in a time-sensitive environment
- Proficient with technology - payroll systems, Excel, Word, Outlook
- Detail-oriented, thorough and accurate
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of payroll & employee info
- Problem Solving Skills and Able to Multi-Task are a Must.
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication.
- Use of Computer, Copier, Scanner, 10 Key, and Printer.
- Self- Motivated.
- Can Work Under Pressure with Deadlines.
- Works Well with a Team and is Willing to Assist the Team as Needed.
This is a Full Time position, working Monday-Friday in our Scottsdale office
Pay: TBD based on experience and skill levels
