    Job Description

    We are seeking a compassionate and organized TMS & Mental Health Care Coordinator to join our team in Westlake, United States. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) treatments and mental health care services, ensuring seamless patient experiences and efficient clinic operations.

    • Coordinate and schedule TMS treatments and mental health appointments
    • Serve as a liaison between patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies
    • Manage patient records and maintain accurate documentation in electronic health record systems
    • Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding TMS therapy and mental health treatments
    • Assist in the development and implementation of care plans
    • Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the healthcare team
    • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
    • Facilitate smooth patient flow within the clinic
    • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and clinic policies
    • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient satisfaction efforts
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or related field
    • Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Proficiency in electronic health record systems and Microsoft Office Suite
    • Knowledge of TMS procedures and mental health treatments
    • Previous experience in healthcare coordination or mental health settings
    • Experience with TMS treatments (preferred)
    • Mental Health First Aid certification (preferred)
    • Demonstrated empathy and ability to work with individuals experiencing mental health challenges
    • Understanding of mental health disorders and various treatment modalities
    • Familiarity with insurance processes and medical billing
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
    • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
