    Summary:

    Our award-winning client is seeking an Total Productive Maintenance Specialist / Continuous Improvement to join their team! The TPM Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving continuous improvement initiatives within our manufacturing plant. This individual will leverage their expertise in TPM, Autonomous Maintenance, and lean methodologies to optimize processes, reduce waste, and enhance overall plant efficiency. The ideal candidate is a passionate problem-solver with a strong track record of delivering results in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.


    Responsibilities:

    • Lead the implementation of TPM strategies and best practices throughout the plant.

    • Foster a culture of autonomous maintenance, empowering team members to take ownership of equipment care and maintenance.

    • Identify, prioritize, and execute continuous improvement projects, focusing on areas such as waste reduction, efficiency gains, and cost savings.

    • Promote a lean culture by driving cultural change and encouraging a mindset of continuous improvement.

    • Train and mentor team members on TPM principles, problem-solving techniques, and lean methodologies.

    • Analyze key data components to support fact-based decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement.

    • Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address operational challenges.

    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and ensure alignment with plant objectives.


    Required Qualifications:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.

    • 2+ years of experience in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Autonomous Maintenance.

    • 2+ years of experience in root cause analysis.

    • 4+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

    • Strong understanding of lean principles and methodologies.

    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
