    ABOUT THE POSITION: Turning Point USA's Faith Department is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative assistance to our Faith Department Director. The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to, managing the Executive's calendar, promptly responding to external and internal parties regarding scheduling, booking travel and accommodations for the Director and team, and any other administrative tasks relating to the Executive.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 1-3 years of executive assisting or administration;
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills;
    • Knowledge of Google Drive (Google Docs, Calendar, Sheets);
    • Punctual and extremely responsive;
    • Demonstrate a high level of integrity and confidentiality;
    • Have close personal alignment with the mission and principles of TPUSA Faith;
    • Be organized, a self-starter, and goal-oriented;
    • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills needed to form working relationships with fellow colleagues;
    • Have competency in managing deadlines, multiple projects, and competing priorities;
    • Reflect a strong work ethic and desire for excellence;
    • Reflect a willingness to learn quickly and be up to any challenge;

    "WOW" Skills:

    • Strong religious conviction and actively engaged in faith efforts

    • Have past/present involvement in conservative youth organizations, experience starting campus organizations and/or, leadership experience in conservative youth organizations is an added plus;

    • Previous experience as an assistant within a church;

    • Previous experience in church administration;

    • Previous experience with TPUSA.
