POSITION TITLE: Video Editor

POSITION TYPE: Part Time, Salary

DEPARTMENT: Creative

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION:

The Video Editor edit and produce video content to to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate. They will creates stories for the weekend experience, social media, ministry support as well as any videos need to communicate the vision of Transformation Church.

REQUIREMENTS:

HEART:

• This person must demonstrate a stable, mature Christian walk, reflecting the fruit of the Spirit.

• They must have a passion to support the church vision and submit to it's leadership.

• Teachable, Humble and Submitted to the mission of the Creative Department.

• Passion to Represent God to the Lost & Found through Video

HAND:

• Ability to edit and produce video content for weekend experiences and TC events.

• Edit weekly sermon recap videos for Pastor Michael Todd & Transformation Church Social media.

• Clip & Upload weekly Sermons for Youtube.

• Insure audio quality for videos edited and posted.

• Work with the videographers to share testimonies of Transformation.

HEAD:

• Excellence Video editing skills

• Ability to assess and adjust audio in video for excellence.

• Ability to work systematically while managing multiple tasks

• Ability to resolve conflict in calming manner

• Self-awareness to identify strengths and weaknesses
