Porsche Financial Services Remarketing Specialist
Job Description
The Remarketing Advisor 1 reports directly to the Supervisor, Customer Remarketing and is responsible for compiling, reviewing and sending all non-automated Remarketing documents to customers. Additionally, the Remarketing Advisor 1 is responsible for delivering a best in class customer experience, ensuring service level and quality of service target achievement, best in class customer survey results and retention, and promoting Porsche Financial Services (PFS), Bentley Financial Services (BFS) and Lamborghini Financial Services (LFS) brand loyalty.
Responsibilities:
· Review lease-end inspections to verify excessive wear (EW) billing guidelines have been followed and damages are billed appropriately and in a timely manner.
· Prepare written customer correspondence pertaining to core processes (final liability and follow-up letters, EOT fee documentation and collections, etc.) and special circumstances as required.
· Process incoming lease extension requests to include reviewing account payment history for eligibility, contract generation, surcharge and use tax applications, and ACH reinstatements.
· Complete assigned work queues within service level targets
· Service inbound calls from PFS / BFS / LFS customers regarding EOT questions or issues maintaining defined service levels while adhering to best in class quality of service and regulatory guidelines.
· Assess, negotiate, and resolve excess wear disputes to mitigate risks while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
· Bachelors’ Degree in a Business related field and/or equivalent experience preferred.
· Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer servicing capacity preferred.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills and PC proficiency with Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint is required.
· Ability to work with a high degree of detail orientation, and accuracy and prioritize tasks in a performance environment.

· Ability to utilize conceptual thinking, negotiation, and de-escalation skills using discretion and independent judgement to resolve complex problems.
· Knowledge and understanding of financial industry regulations and laws, including, but not limited to the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA), state financing and leasing laws and Fair Debt Collections Practices Act (FDCPA).
