TRC Staffing Services has partnered with Convergent Outsourcing to hire PART TIME CUSTOMER CARE AGENTS for their growing client. These are not project based or temporary roles, but PERMANENT positions with our client directly. We need 15 part time individuals who are available to work weekends and evenings to start on DECEMBER 19TH.

Pay Rate: $11.00 per hour, paid biweekly

These positions will always be WORK FROM HOME. Our program runs 24 hours a day/7 days per week. Who wants a seat in our virtual training room? we have Recruiters ready to talk to you right away.

EQUIPMENT QUALIFICATION TO WORK FROM HOME

At home positions will require you to independently have access to the following equipment:

• Laptop/Desktop: Intel i5 core processor or equivalent
• Monitor Screen: 20 inches or greater
• Computer Type: PC compatible (no MACs, Chromebooks, or Tablets)
• High Speed Internet access 10 MBPS download & 5 MBPS Upload (minimum)
• Minimum RAM: 3 GB or higher
• Internet Connection: DSL, cable, or fiber optic (no dial-up, satellite, or wireless.) You MUST be able to hard wire into the router via an Ethernet cord.
• You will need to supply your own USB Headset & Ethernetcord.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answer inbound phone calls from individuals who are calling to add additional funds to inmate's commissary accounts
• Respond to inbound phone calls from current inmates to assist in placing orders from the jail catalog
• Track shipments and respond to questions pertaining to the status of an order placed
• Assist with questions about balance on inmate's accounts and status of deposits made on inmate's accounts

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be both willing & able to work EVERY Sunday.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Must have own working computer and internet. Our client does NOT supply internet or equipment.
• Ability to meet availability requirements that includes, days, evenings, Saturdays, and holidays
• Must pass drug test and background check
• Basic computer navigation skills and ability to toggle between different computer screens and programs

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prior customer service experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professional and upbeat telephone voice
• Ability to type 30 wpm
