Escrow Officer - TRI Pointe Assurance
The respiratory therapist is responsible for assisting, evaluating, and maintaining quality patient care, from infants to elderly; collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members; providing physical and psychological support to patients, friends, and families. The respiratory therapist should maintain a positive working relationship with his/her staff as well as Physicians, LIP's and ancillary departments.
WILL BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE TO THE FOLLOWING STUDER PHILOSOPHIES AND PRINCIPLES:
• HCAPS Patient Perception
• Hourly Rounding with intention.
• Bedside Shift Report.
• AIDET.
• Daily Huddles.
FUNCTIONS
Essential and nonessential functions duties as assigned.
Required Skills
MINIMUM EDUCATION
• Graduate from an Approved Respiratory Therapy School.
REQUIRED LICENSES [Kentucky, United States] Respiratory Therapists
• Must hold current license by the state of Kentucky as a Respiratory Care Practitioner
• Proven strong clinical skills and strong communication skills.
Required Experience
MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE
• Minimum of two years’ experience in the field of pulmonary and/or rehabilitation preferred.
• BLS certification – American Heart Association (Healthcare Provider) or American Red Cross (Healthcare Provider) required, must be current.
• ACLS, PALS and NRP certifications or with in 6 months of employment.
MINIMUM EDUCATION
• Graduate from an Approved Respiratory Therapy School.
