  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    Tricentis Customer Retention Specialists are a critical part of our Customer Success organization. You will be responsible for managing an assigned book of customers to drive engagement, adoption, and successfully close renewals.  

    • Work directly with customers to facilitate product adoption and retention
    • Develop product knowledge to convey value to customers
    • Identify and mitigate churn risks
    • Prepare Renewal Quotes – Working with Legal and Finance teams as necessary
    • Partner with Sales team on Upsell, Expansion, and Cross-Sell Opportunities
    • Attain Monthly targets for renewals
    • Maintain accurate forecasting
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    •  2 years of progressive Renewals, Sales, Business Development, Customer Success or Account Management experience
    • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a high volume, fast-paced environment
    • Willingness and ability to work cross functionally and collaborate with numerous departments in the organization
    • Strong sense of personal accountability and ownership for your assigned customer base 
    • Passion for helping others and seeing your customers succeed
    • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Experience with Salesforce.com

    ADDITIONAL SKILLS THAT MAKE AN EXCEPTIONAL CANDIDATE:

    • Experience in software quality assurance and testing – particularly test automation is a plus
    • Knowledge of DevOps or good understanding of Agile/Waterfall development methodologies is a plus
    • Experience using Gainsight
